The virtual experience in the half marathon was amazing. The course was exciting though local beaches. The opportunity to race virtually is excellent.
Well organized and I felt welcomed and safe the whole time. The course was pretty hard, being uphill a majority of the race for the 4 miler, and if I had known that ahead of time, I might have been a little more prepared. Runners along the way were even saying it was hard. I did worry about the half marathoners. The traffic guards didn't do their job and we almost hit one when we were going to park! Dangerous and not professional. She was screaming "don't go!" We felt so bad but didn't see her when she went to cross over!
Lisa Sinclair managed to pull off another great event. The new course used this year due to COVID restrictions proved to be more challenging but very scenic. Thanks to all the volunteers and sponsors for another great Spring Equinox Race!
Sure would have been helpful to have at least one more portolet. Very organized and comfortable- done well with the Covid stuff. The course was quite a bit more difficult than expected- but I actually liked the additional hills as well as some incredible scenery. Thank you so much! Would love to see some of the pictures taken????
