Therapy for me
This is a fun little race. With the craziness of this year and my injuries this year and last year, I've been off of running for far too long. Between a chiropractor and a physical therapist, I've been in better shape. Then the covid hit and it hasn't been fun. Green events has been working to keep up and evolving with new formats and ideas for racing. I am most motivated to do my pt exercises when I've got a race. So thank you Green Events for offering a fun little bit of therapy. I'm grateful.
